Sounds of Summer
February 22nd @ 7:00 PM
Ahead of their first summer tour together, Brian McClintic, Les Ailes and Jay Lee Campbell have gathered in winter to give you a taste of things to come!
Brian infuses poetry into a throwback folk style—dystopian Appalachia meets the occasional warm hug. Jay Lee transcends genre boundaries, vibrating from a blues-inflected folk core. His songs are trances, hypnotic soul expressions that are slow to leave you. Joining the two LA natives, Les Ailes heads south, bringing with her the frequencies of the Pacific Northwest. Her distinctive indie soundscape culls jazz and a hint of Nashville into a witches brew of haunting beauty and introspection.
